The CJE team—

Jessica Myre

Executive Director

Since 2010, I have had the pleasure of working with a team of inspiring consultants! A vocational guidance counsellor, I had the pleasure of supporting young people aged 15 to 35 for many years. As a coordinator and now as an executive director, I am using this experience to support my team and contribute to the development of the full potential of a dynamic, vibrant, professional and unifying CJE!

I like to be active and discover the world around me through travel, the outdoors and beautiful encounters!! Whether by bike, roller, walking, paddleboarding or kayaking!!

Talia Pépin

Coordinator

Specialized educator for 11 years at the CJE. I like to show young people that we can be happy and fulfilled at work, all we have to do is find our place. I am a practical person, and I like to support young people at all stages until they reach their goals! Recognized for my contagious good humor and my zen energy, I like to help young people get out of their comfort zone.

I am always looking for ways to increase my daily physical activity. I enjoy lifting heavy loads as much as yoga sessions. Walking in the forest is part of my life, it is one of my ways to recharge my batteries.

Maude Hardy

Communications officer

Part of the team since August 2023, I am the communication officer at CJE Vaudreuil-Soulanges. As the voice of the Carrefour on social networks, I share our services, our achievements, and much more. We aspire to become the essential reference for 15-35 year olds in search of their full potential. It is a great pleasure to work with a dynamic team.

Since 2019, I have passionately immersed myself in functional training. This discovery led me to participate in several competition events, fueling my passion for mental and physical well-being.

Sihem Goudjil

Youth project advisor and project manager in work-study balance

Organized and sociable by nature, I love to meet others. I like to build social relationships with my community and get involved. My main role allows me to channel the dreams of young people into concrete projects. I build bridges between individual ambitions and the opportunities of young people when carrying out projects. Art, volunteering, entrepreneurship, governance, and much more are all channels for my young people to thrive. At the CJE, there is no shortage of projects! Trust me, you never get bored!

Music, especially the piano, is the thread that runs through my life, a melody that dances in my soul. Each note evokes a deep passion, a symphony that transcends everyday life. Art, with its nuances, captivates me, but it is in poetry that my romantic soul finds its refuge. Each composition, each verse, resonates as an exploration of pure emotion. My heart beats to the rhythm of these passions, creating a mesmerizing symphony in the theater of my life. And I love to express myself that way, I am very poetic and theatrical.

Emanuelle Vallée

Hospitality Counsellor and Professional Development Counsellor

I have been at Carrefour since 2018 as a reception advisor. I am the first person people see when they enter CJE. It is with a friendly and warm welcome that I welcome all those who come forward and discuss with them their needs and realities in order to direct them to the right resource persons.

For the past few years, I have been playing ball games. In fact, I would say it's pretty much the only team sport I play! Far from being an expert, this sport allows me to move and have a good time with friends!

Véronique Lapalme

Youth counsellor

I am a dynamic, attentive person who always has the well-being of people at heart. I want to have a positive impact in the lives of young people by supporting them in their challenges or in achieving their goals.

Music and the arts in general have always been a passion and a source of energy for me. I enjoy going to see music shows, I find it a stimulating event. Also, I am fascinated to observe all the creativity and teamwork put in place to support the artist. I like to listen to music or practice an instrument for fun, it makes me happy and allows me to be connected with myself.

Sylvie Gauthier

Youth Counsellor

Sensitive to the living conditions of young people, I rely on everyone's resources so that they develop the means to reach their goals. I like to offer support at the pace and according to the needs of the person.

I am determined in life. I like challenges. Fencing pushes me out of my comfort zone. I like to find strategies that allow me to adapt to my opponent and the relationship that develops in combat. It starts with a hello and ends with a handshake!

Cinthia Bourgon

Professional Development Counsellor

Specialized education allows me to empower clients to surpass themselves. My active listening allows me to fully understand people's needs. At the crossroads, I am described as a quiet sun who cares about the happiness of others.

Gardening allows me to focus on the present moment. Putting my hands in the dirt helps me focus on my emotions or ease my anxiety. This passion contributes to the practice of my 2nd passion, cooking.

Stéphanie Gagnon

Employment Counsellor/Project Manager

I am joining the CJE with great happiness and very motivated by all the new projects that come my way. A specialized educator and former entrepreneur, I combine my passions for helping relationships and setting up projects in the role of employment counsellor and project manager. My mandate is to set up a workforce training project (MFOR) in the construction sector for the magnificent Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. There, I will support young people from the region in their training and in the search for tools that will serve them throughout their personal and professional lives.

I am a passionate person, involved in my region (VS Hospital Center Foundation), dynamic and very social in nature, I am surrounded by people. I am fascinated by people and I love learning about people's stories. As soon as the lake thaws, if you are looking for me, I am either in the water exploring the seabed (scuba diving) or on the water, in my kayak contemplating the wonders of nature. Oh yes, sometimes I can be more relaxed and enjoy a good book.

I am a dynamic and positive person, always ready to give my best! I have a great thirst for learning and I like the new challenges that the Carrefour brings me.

I also have a quieter and more relaxed side. I love animals, but especially dogs. I appreciate their joy of life and their energy. I think they bring comfort and a good mood.

Ariane Winters Trudel

Professional Development Counsellor

I arrived at CJE Vaudreuil-Soulanges in March 2023, immediately after resuming my studies in special education. I chose to work here because the mission, values, services and projects of this organization correspond to my beliefs and what I can offer in terms of support in the various paths of my clients. In addition, the team and the management allow me to develop, learn and be happy in the job I have chosen, as well as in the responsibilities that are given to me.

Before starting my studies, I worked as a hairdresser for several years. It was both a profession and a passion. In my free time, I always take advantage of it to exploit my artistic side, which continues to please me enormously. Reading and cooking are also an important part of my leisure time. These are activities that make me feel good and allow me to escape, thus taking time for myself.

Mylène Simard

School perseverance counsellor

A sense of competence plays a fundamental role in our motivation, commitment and perseverance. It influences the choices we make in our lives. I like to believe that we are capable of becoming anything we want to be as long as we cultivate that feeling. Whether in a group or individually, I aspire to help you develop it.

Passionate, dynamic and cheerful, I like to laugh and be surrounded by cultivated, sincere and exceptional people. On the other hand, I am a calm, business-oriented person who has a deep desire to succeed in everything I do. I like to wear high heels as much as to spend a day working in the garage on my motorcycle or doing renovations!
