The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Work-Study Balance project is launching its seventh annual contest My Boss is the Best. This campaign aims to highlight employers in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region who support work-study balance for their student employees.

Since many employers are already attentive to the needs of their student employees, we want to thank them. The contest officially begins on August 18 and will end on September 19, 2025. Within hours of its launch, the contest will be promoted on our social media channels. We invite all students in the region who believe they have the best boss when it comes to work-study balance to nominate their employer.

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• The student employee must be between 15 and 35 years old and reside in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory.

• The company must be located within the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory.

The procedure is simple. Young people will need to complete a Forms questionnaire by answering the questions.

This year, young people participating in the contest have a chance to win:  

• 1^st place: a $300 prize at a store of the winner's choice

• 2^nd place: a $200 prize at a store of the winner's choice

• 3^rd prize: a $100 gift certificate to a store of the winner's choice  

For the employer: A trophy with the inscription The Strongest is My Boss 2025 and the visibility the contest brings.

Young people wishing to submit their application will have until September 19, 2025.
