The Concept

12 talented artists will share the stage and be divided into two groups of six. Each will have 15 minutes to create an acrylic painting on canvas, under the watchful eye of the audience. The event host will announce the performance theme and regularly announce the remaining time to add suspense and energy to the competition.

While the artists paint, the audience can move freely around the easels, observe the creative process, and vote for their favorite artworks. The two artists with the most votes from each group will then compete in the final, determining the grand winner through audience votes. All of this will unfold to the rhythm of upbeat music and with dynamic hosting for a memorable evening.

Silent Auction

At the end of the performances, all artworks will be displayed for a silent auction. The public will have 20 minutes to place their bids, with a starting price of $20 minimum.

• 50% of sales will be given to the artists.
• The remaining balance will cover event costs.
• Unsold artworks can remain on display or be collected by the artists.

Transactions will be made in cash or by credit card, and artists will be reimbursed within 14 days of the sale.

Supplies available for artists

• 11 x 14 canvas boards
• Acrylic paints in various colors
• Paper plates, brushes, paper towels, pots for cleaning water
• Easels, side tables, and chairs

Artists may bring some personal accessories such as aprons, brushes, sponges, or palette knives to maintain their style, but personal paints and electronic references are prohibited.

Rules and Registration

• 12 artists will be selected on a first come, first servedbasis, with 4 additional artists on standby.
• Participation will be confirmed after registration closes.
• Canvases must be painted in portrait format on an easel for better public viewing.
• Participants agree to promote the event via social media using the provided visuals.
