What You’ll Do

You’ll help generate new business by speaking with small business owners through high-volume outbound calls. Your goal will be to introduce our services, build interest and connect qualified prospects with our experienced sales team. Day to day, you will:

Make outbound calls to small business owners

Build rapport and create positive customer interactions

Clearly explain the value of our services

Identify interested prospects and transfer qualified leads

Work toward individual and team performance targets

Contribute to apositive and motivated team environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong English communication skills, as all client interactions are with U.S.-based businesses

Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Ability to work fully in-office in Vaudreuil-Dorion

Reliable transportation toand from the office

Basic computer skills

A positive attitude and competitive mindset

Comfort speaking with customers in a fast-paced environment

Previous sales or call-centre experience is helpful, but not required.
