Concerned about the educational and social success of our youth, several people in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region have developed a collaborative project to encourage student retention. The CÉT project aims to promote a balance between education and work, favoring the academic success of student employees, thereby ensuring a qualified workforce in the region.

Because we believe that everyone has a role to play in education perseverance, this project is intended for youth, employers, parents and school and community workers in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.

A large number of students work part-time, some of them in your own companies; this is now part of our reality. As employers, you play an important part in the lives of these young people, who come to you for part-time jobs, until the end of their studies. You are mentors, motivators and above all, role- models.

The job market is where our young people first start developing their self-esteem and their skills. Your recognition is very important to them. To support them in their educational success is to invest in their quality of life and in the economy of the entire community.

By joining the CÉT (Work / Studies Balance program), you will be actively engaging in the academic perseverance of your student employees. For more information about the program, or to register, please contact us

The CÉT is intended for both high school students and adults in training, and aims to help establish a balance between personal commitments and a paid job.
